Tonneau Cover fabric in the coverSMART range is available in two types – Standard and Stretch – each suited to different cover applications. Both are woven polyester and available only in Black.
Tonneau Standard (570gsm, 1.85m wide) is a firm, non-stretch woven polyester designed for flat, tailored covers. It holds its shape under load and is the practical choice for protective flat covers over bakkie loads, vehicle soft tops, and outdoor utility covers.
Tonneau Stretch (630gsm, 1.6m wide) is a heavier woven polyester with one-way stretch. The stretch allows the fabric to conform to irregular shapes and load profiles – important for form-fitting bakkie tonneau covers where the fabric must accommodate the vehicle contour and varying load heights.
Same manufacturer, same Black colour. The choice depends on whether your application requires a flat rigid cover (Standard) or a form-fitting conforming cover (Stretch).
