LEATHER PROCESSING & STORAGE
- Maintain internal humidity of 10-12% and process temperatures ≤60°C to preserve mechanical properties.
- Do not stack hides or finished furniture under heavy weight.
- Store hides flat in dry ambient conditions (15-40°C), away from heat sources.
- Avoid reactive packaging materials, solvents, or any substances that could affect the pigmented surface.
- Natural growth features, colour variations, scars, and insect bites are normal and indicate authentic buffalo hide origin.
- Initial leather smell is typical. Colour and structure may vary slightly from samples.
LEATHER CARE
